Baffin
The newest addition to out fleet. The Baffin is truly a one of a kind kayak.
BORÉALDESIGN is renown for its distinctive designs and this can be seen in its latest creation: the BAFFIN. The new Greenland style Baffin kayak displays a wonderful amalgam of soft lines and hard chines, making a performance plastic kayak. It provides everything the skilled paddler would expect from such a looking craft, yet still offering a great sense of stability created by the unique design of its hull. The sleek deck profile is pure art, and with a standard day hatch and skeg, the BAFFIN is designed to face the ocean.
With an outline mirroring the silhouette of traditional sea kayaks, the Ellesmere combines the advantages of the reverse hard chine with a semi-arched hull. Designed for the experienced paddler, standard equipment includes a skeg, sturdy anodized aluminum footrests, a backband seat, thigh braces, recessed fittings and a deck line. The kayak also features a practical paddle rest in front of the cockpit. A day hatch is available as an option. The Ellesmere is offered with a small (Ellesmere OC) or standard-sized cockpit.
Boreal Design's research on hull shapes allowed them to introduce the concept of reverse hard chine to the market. A reverse hard chine optimizes kayak behavior during the lean. Instead of following the natural curve of the kayak, the chine converges with waterlines during a lean. The craft tends to bite the water, which increases the effect of the turn. By ingeniously combining the concept of reverse hard chine with a semi-arched shape, speed and responsiveness work together, whereas under normal circumstances, they tend to work against each other.
Fjell
The Fjell features Boreal Design's factory installed thigh brace system, offering uncompromising comfort and control. This ability to self-custom fit easily guarantees the paddler a level of performance in a plastic kayak available until now only in a composite kayak. The reverse hard chine and semi-arched hull offer excellent secondary stability and outstanding maneuverability. Paddlers seeking storage capacity coupled with performance will not be disappointed. Paddle for a day or a week, the Fjell can do it all.
At Outreach Adventure, we have found this roomy kayak to feel much like the Ellesmere on the water, only with a bit more room.
Inukshuk
The Inukshuk, combining elegance and performance, is unquestionably the fastest kayak in its category. Its long waterline and tapered contour allow the kayak to accelerate quickly and track beautifully, while the upswept bow provides buoyancy when paddling in waves. A moderate rocker makes the kayak very agile while performing a lean turn. This comfortable and spacious kayak features a low profile offering minimal wind resistance, making the Inukshuk easy to maneuver.
Kasko
The Kasko is a very responsive recreational kayak ideally suited to exploring winding rivers, lakes and coastlines. Its cockpit is smaller than that of the Ookpik, allowing the paddler a better fit and therefore better control. For added adjustment, the Kasko can be equipped with thigh braces.
Ookpik
The Ookpik is a very stable recreational kayak. It has a large, comfortable cockpit, offering its occupant greater freedom of movement. This kayak is ideally suited for exploring lakes or rivers and for short trips along the coastline.

Libra XT tandem sea kayak
The Libra XT has all the features you need for extensive touring or family outings. The middle cockpit can accommodate a child, or carry a raft of expedi-
tion gear for the most luxurious adventure. Long and deep, the Libra XT always gives a comfortable ride. The watertight bow and stern compartments, along with the self-contained middle compartment, offer tremendous capacity.
The Libra XT's efficient hull design is easy to paddle and provides ample stability. The XT has proven itself with many tour operators where safety, seaworthiness, comfort, carrying capacity and quality construction are essential.
The Libra XT comes equipped with two mid-bulkheads in addition to the bow and stern bulkheads, enclosing the center cockpit area. If you plan to take your family out on the water the XT gives you room, safety features and quality you can have confidence in.
